Michelle Davidson, President (Kansas City, Missouri)
Michelle has been a board member of MOMMA since 2012 and is experienced in many areas of production as a Filmmaker, Producer, Screenwriter, Actor, and TV Host. She is a five-time regional Emmy award winner for her TV shows KC Live and short films. She was President of KC Women in Film & Television from 2011 to 2013, and in 2017 was honored with their KCWIFT Legacy Award for her contribution to the film community. She also serves on the advisory board for the KC FilmFest.

Joni Tackette, Past-President (St. Louis, Missouri)
As a Casting Director, Joni has more than 30 years of experience in the motion and digital media industry. Her diverse casting experience includes Principal casting for hundreds of Commercial, Corporate, Digital, & Print advertising projects. In addition, she’s worked on over twenty-five feature films (Indy & Studio) and television projects providing Principal, Day Player, Extras, and Promotional Crowd Casting. Her credits include work in St. Louis and on location throughout the US and Canada. She is a member of the Casting Society of America (CSA), and a ten year Board Member for Cinema St. Louis (St. Louis International Film Festival).

Steph Scupham, Vice President (Kansas City, Missouri)
Certified Film Commissioner / Director KC Film Office – Since re-establishing the KC Film Office after a 10-year absence (re-opened October 2014), she has led efforts to recruit and give assistance to scores of film, TV, and commercial productions – including Netflix’ Emmy award-winning series “Queer Eye,” NBC’s “American Ninja Warrior”, and the Cannes award-winning film “American Honey.” Steph collaborated with the City of Kansas City to architect the city’s first-ever local film incentive, which can be utilized by films, television, and commercial projects.

Chris Wilson, Vice President Membership (St. Charles, Missouri)
Chris Wilson began his career in the tourism/hospitality industry in 2011 as the sports sales/film manager for the Jefferson City Convention and Visitors Bureau where he worked closely with the established Jefferson City Athletic Events Committee in both keeping and recruiting sports tourism events to the region. In 2017 he took a job with the Greater Saint Charles Convention and Visitors Bureau and led the efforts in creating the Saint Charles Athletic Events Committee. Chris is a strong advocate for creating genuine community partnerships with the goal of actualizing the sports tourism business that brings value to all those involved. Chris is an active member of Show-Me Missouri Sports, serves as the Vice President of Membership for the Missouri Motion Media Association (MOMMA), and heads the before-mentioned Saint Charles Athletics Events Committee. Chris is a proud graduate of Helias Catholic and Westminster College where he received his B.A. Degree in English.

Kyle Loethen, Treasurer (Ashland, Missouri)
Kyle Loethen is an accomplished actor, host, writer, producer, filmmaker, and marketing executive. He first found his love for film while making home movies as a kid growing up in Jefferson City, Missouri. He graduated college at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles where he spent over a decade working both in front and behind the camera, holding positions at MTV, HBO, and FOX Studios. Upon moving back to Mid-Missouri, Kyle became a member of MOMMA and continued to work in film, television, and radio, while developing a career as a digital marketing professional. He is a founding board member and Past-President of the Capitol City Cinema. Kyle and his wife were recently featured on HGTV’s House Hunters while purchasing their home in Ashland.

Maureen O’Brien, Secretary (St. Louis, Missouri)
Maureen is the Executive Director for the Missouri Valley local of SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Television and Radio Artist), where she oversees and manages all operations including, local member outreach and communications, contract enforcement, organizing initiatives, and administration. She acts as the liaison between the union members, their agents, paymasters, and producers for commercials, corporate training videos, network TV, internet programs, and film projects.

Stacey Woelfel (Columbia, Missouri)
Stacey Woelfel is the Director of the Jonathan B. Murray Center for Documentary Journalism at Missouri University. Woelfel has enjoyed more than 34 years of teaching and leading journalism students to become the best storytellers they can be. After managing the newsroom at Mizzou’s KOMU-TV for 28 years, in 2014 he became the architect of the Missouri School of Journalism’s innovative documentary center. Woelfel teaches free media practices for journalists worldwide. He holds a doctorate in political science.
Jason Grill (Kansas City, Missouri)
Jason Grill has over 15 years of extensive leadership experience guiding and advising on high-level matters related to public policy, public affairs, government relations, public relations, crisis communications, advocacy, strategic messaging, media, and the law. Jason is the Founder of JGrill Media (Consulting Firm), a Senior Advisor at Parris Communications (Public Affairs, Policy & Media), the host of the Grill Nation Show on KMBZ 980AM & iTunes, and a licensed attorney in Missouri and Kansas. Jason is a former two-term member of the Missouri House of Representatives and has worked in the White House and at CNN.
Gordon Hayman (St. Louis, Missouri)
Gordon has 45 years of experience in film, television, and audiovisual production in the St. Louis and Kansas City region. He operated a set construction shop Single Source Production Services for over 20 years and was one of the founding members of the St. Louis Film and Television Production Guild which became IATSE Local 493. Since 2015, he has served as the Business Representative of IATSE Local 143 (St. Louis Projectionists) since 2012 and IATSE Local 493 (Missouri Studio Mechanics).
Renee Eichelberger (St. Louis, Missouri)
Renee works for Explore St. Louis, and since 2017 has taken point for the St. Louis Film Office. She works with production companies and location scouts to assist in filming in the St. Louis area. She is a member of the Association of Film Commissioners International (AFCI).

Justin Begnaud (Kansas City, Missouri)
Justin Begnaud is a producer for film, television, and digital media and has over 20 years of entertainment-related experience. Begnaud worked on over 200 feature films, and has written, edited, or produced over 100 hours of television & digital content for MTV, VH1, History Channel, A&E, CableVision, NBC Sports, NFL Films, and AT&T. He has participated in producer labs at Cannes, Berlinale, IFP, Film Independent and the Sundance Institute. He has been invited to speak on industry panels for TV & film finance and emerging technologies in Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Beverly Hills.

Andrea Sporcic, Missouri Film Commissioner (Jefferson City, Missouri)
Andrea is the film commissioner for Missouri and runs the Missouri Film Office – a part of the Missouri Division of Tourism. She has been in the film biz representing Missouri for over 20 years. Since 2005 she has worked to market Missouri to the film and television industry nation-wide. She has helped coordinate production logistics for more than 30 feature films, and hundreds of television segments and series filmed all over the state including feature films UP IN THE AIR, WINTERS BONE and GONE GIRL and TV series’ SHARP OBJECTS and OZARK. Before joining the film office she spent 8 years with Cinema St. Louis, the producers of the St. Louis International Film Festival.
